Constellation Brands is seeking a Corporate Development Intern to support evaluating and executing strategic opportunities. You will gain exposure to M&A, strategic planning, and investor-ready analyses while working with executives and external advisors.

Ideal candidates are pursuing finance, economics, or business degrees with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, analytical abilities, and a collaborative mindset for a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Strong interest in corporate finance, M&A, strategic planning, and business development.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling and analytical tools preferred.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to interpret financial data and market trends.

• Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and review financial models to evaluate M&A opportunities, strategic investments, and business initiatives.
• Market & Industry Research: Conduct market, industry, and company research to identify potential acquisition targets or partnership opportunities.
• Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and maintaining strategic planning processes, timelines, and materials.
• Project Management: Assist with the coordination and execution of transaction processes and strategic initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
• Executive Presentations: Prepare internal executive-level presentations summarizing findings, strategic recommendations, and implications for leadership.
• Due Diligence: Support the due diligence process by gathering information, analyzing data, and preparing reports on potential targets or investment opportunities.
