Constellation Brands is seeking a Corporate Development Intern in Rochester, NY. The role focuses on evaluating strategic opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, investments and partnerships, with exposure to both internal and external teams.

The candidate should be pursuing a degree in finance or business, adept at Excel and PowerPoint, and capable of building models, analyzing data, and presenting insights to leadership. This is a hands-on internship in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Competenze

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Strong interest in corporate finance, M&A, strategic planning, and business development.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling preferred.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting findings.

• Build and review financial models to evaluate M&A opportunities, strategic investments, and initiatives.
• Conduct market, industry, and company research to identify targets or partnerships.
• Assist in developing and maintaining strategic planning processes and materials.
• Coordinate and execute transaction processes and strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
