5+ years in investment banking, corporate development, transaction advisory, or financial advisory.
A minimum 2–3 years of direct M&A-focused investment banking experience.
Strong financial acumen with experience in modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
Ability to communicate complex ideas to senior executives and deal teams.

Responsibilities

Monitor potential growth opportunities and acquisition targets through market and company profiling.
Assist analysis of financial and qualitative information of target companies for strategic fit.
Prepare financial analyses and presentations enabling senior management to make informed decisions.
Support the acquisition process from origination to closing and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
