Job summary

Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. is seeking a transactional associate attorney to join the corporate and business transaction group.

The ideal candidate will assist with mergers and acquisitions, company formations, liability matters for officers and directors, and business planning for closely-held businesses and owners. The candidate will work closely with attorneys and clients to develop strategies, analyze problems, and draft essential documents such as buy/sell agreements and asset purchases.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Membership in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
• 3+ years of experience as an attorney; corporate and business transaction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for closely-held businesses and their owners.
• Analyze business legal problems and develop solutions.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys within the firm and clients to solve client problems.
• Draft buy/sell agreements, asset and stock purchase agreements, and other documents.
