Job summary

The successful candidate will assist with mergers and acquisitions, LLCs, and other closely-held business matters for owners and entities. You will draft buy/sell agreements and related documents, analyze complex business issues, and collaborate with firm lawyers and clients to develop practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Arizona State Bar.
• 3+ years of experience as an attorney; corporate and business transaction experience preferred.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for closely-held businesses and their owners.
• Analyze business legal problems and develop solutions.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys within the firm and clients to solve client problems.
