Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or transaction advisory.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to operate independently.
• Experience in Food & Beverage industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares business and financial analysis in support of strategic acquisition/disposition activities including due diligence.
• Provides analytical support for growth initiatives and strategic planning.
• Creates financial models to analyze acquisition opportunities, value acquisition candidates and assess the proforma impact of an acquisition.
• Leads or assists with data gathering and quantitative analysis, particularly in the areas of financial/economic modeling such as EVA, peer company research and benchmarking.
• Prepare presentations to review potential transactions and other growth-related opportunities with project teams and senior management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
