Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience implementing loss prevention and safety programs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to train Ross Store management and associates on shortage/safety.
• Develop and upgrade training materials for awareness sessions.
• Supervise confidential investigations and interviews.
• Travel frequently for role requirements.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• BA degree or higher; experience substitution rules apply.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of Shortage and Accident Reduction Goals for the Division.
• Develops action plan for Shortage Initiative.
• Supervises and trains all LPDMs.
• Manages all aspects of internal and external investigations.
• Responsible for the physical security of all buildings.
• Manages LP Budgets.
• Manages all third-party relationships pertaining to Loss Prevention or Safety.
• Collaborates with VP Store Ops and HR to deliver integrated solutions.
