Job summary

The Category Manager, Logistics, Warehousing & Corporate Travel at Wolfspeed leads sourcing for logistics, warehousing and travel, shaping contracts and supplier relationships to optimize costs and compliance across the Global Planning and Procurement organization.

You will drive RFPs and supplier selection, manage travel programs, monitor performance with scorecards, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in category management, strategic sourcing, procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
• Proficiency with SAP Ariba, ETQ, Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Demonstrated project management with multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, execute, manage, and renew logistics, warehousing, and travel contracts.
• Manage Travel Management Company relationships and policy compliance.
• Optimize corporate travel spend through analytics and credits recovery.
• Lead RFP, RFQ, and supplier selection for logistics, warehousing, and travel services.
• Coordinate QBRs with strategic logistics suppliers and stakeholders.
• Develop supplier performance scorecards to drive accountability.
• Serve as liaison between Logistics, Legal, Finance, Procurement and suppliers for compliance and cost optimization.
• Manage procure-to-pay activities in SAP Ariba and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Coordinate PQI documentation with third-party manufacturers.
• Lead logistics and travel projects with milestones and action items.
• Oversee transition to a new Travel Management Company.
• Maintain corporate travel intranet with policies and resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs.
