• Collaborate with Presentation Skills and 5S stakeholders to remove operational bottlenecks.
• Trace a complaint pattern back to the process that breeds it.
• Sit in on manager hiring to keep the org chart matching the strategy.
• Author the playbook so the next Logistics Manager doesn't start from a blank page.
• Coordinate annual planning and resource allocation across teams.
• Read a Distribution Requirements Planning dashboard and know which line is lying to you.
