Amentum is seeking a Senior Logistics Business Analyst to join our Huntsville, AL team. The role focuses on translating complex client needs into actionable technology solutions and shaping day-to-day decisions through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate has extensive BA experience in ERP-enabled logistics, strong data skills (SQL/Python/Excel), and a proven track record in optimizing logistics processes. Active Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's with extensive BA experience in ERP-enabled logistics.
• Army logistics background and ERP interface awareness.
• Experience querying data from multiple sources using SQL and Python.
• Strong data/tech foundation across development, PM and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Senior subject matter expert for ERP content, processes, and procedures.
• Define detailed requirements, analyze business needs, and validate solutions.
• Translate requirements to product development and align teams.
• Mentor other BAs and oversee software development practices.
• Evaluate projects and tailor processes to project needs.
• Assess metadata documentation quality via automated and manual methods.
• Provide data to a central reference repository for Army Logistics.
• Use SQL, Access, and Excel to query data from relational data sources.
• Monitor trends affecting the customer and the Enterprise.
