Nucor Business Technology is seeking a highly skilled Commercial / Logistics Business Analyst for its Deployment Team in Dallas, TX. The role involves translating business needs into system requirements and configuring MES/ERP applications.

You will design tests, document processes, and train users, supporting the live system throughout deployment. The position requires up to 75% travel to support other divisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with software design, configuration, and implementation.
• Experience leading implementation activities such as testing, training, and data validation.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude) to accelerate analysis, documentation, or requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with divisions and product locations to align business processes and translate needs into functional system requirements.
• Create test scenarios and scripts, execute testing, and validate outcomes.
• Create documentation and facilitate training for internal and external customers/users.
• Provide hands-on support to division teammates throughout the system implementation project lifecycle.
• Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of business processes for order management, pricing and credit, logistics and shipment execution.
