Nucor Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst for its Finance, Inventory, & Raw Materials team based in Irving, TX. The role focuses on aligning, optimizing, and delivering a fully functional ERP/MES solution to Nucor's sheet, plate and structural mills.

Responsibilities include facilitating discussions across divisions, conducting gap analysis, and modeling data flows with IT stakeholders. Travel up to 70% may be required as projects progress.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or a finance-related role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting standards.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate discussions to develop aligned business processes and document requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and document business rules, data mapping and interfaces with IT stakeholders.
• Define design options and model requirements for ERP/MES solutions.
• Support month-end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls; support audits.
