Job summary

All Native Group is seeking a Logistics Management Specialist to provide logistics support to the Department of State and related bureaus. The role emphasizes deployment coordination, travel planning, and lifecycle support for medical logistics.

The incumbent will work independently on analytical projects, maintain program office relationships, and ensure compliance with travel and procurement procedures. A Secret clearance is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care, Management, Sciences, Information Systems, or other related analytical scientific or technical disciplines.
• Must hold a U.S. citizen status and a Secret clearance (preferred).
• Experience with logistics systems, procurement and lifecycle support is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide deployment support for transportation of personnel and materials to meet security-related medical needs.
• Coordinate travel, visas, and related documentation for program office and overseas posts.
• Develop and update travel visa procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support procurement, maintenance, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.
• Analyze logistics policies, inventory, and readiness; propose improvements.
