Responsibilities

• Develops solutions leveraging company volumes, systems and partnerships while maintaining high levels of customer service cost-effectively.
• Identifies and prioritizes logistics needs and communicates recommendations to upper management for efficient product distribution.
• Provides data and recommendations on product tracking, route analysis, rerouting, costing and usage alternatives.
• Advises IS and system users in logistics systems improvements and changes.
• Responds to information requests from potential software vendors.
• Tests vendor software packages to assess customization needs for Home Depot specifications.
