Job summary

IQVIA Advisory Services is seeking a seasoned consultant with 2+ years of project management in strategic life sciences. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage client engagements, and shape strategic recommendations for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.

Responsibilities include directing project work streams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and developing client relationships. Occasional travel to client sites and internal training will be necessary.

Qualifications

• Extensive consulting experience in pharma/healthcare with progression.
• Knowledge of key issues and market developments in pharma/healthcare.
• 2+ years of project management for strategic life sciences projects.
• Experience leading presentations, meetings, and workshops.
• Ability to manage large-scale or multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and senior relationships.
• Willingness to travel and right to live/work in the recruiting country.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key point of contact with IQVIA clients, primarily pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
• Manage project teams in the design, development, and delivery of client deliverables.
• Provide direction, advice, and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams.
• Leverage experience to identify strategic alternatives and approaches to client questions.
• Provide follow-up with clients after project delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Support the development of intellectual property for use on future engagements.
• Ensure the development and delivery of client reports and presentations.
• Share subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions.
• Lead internal work streams on recruitment, training, and team development.
