Stanford University's Office of Technology Licensing (OTL) seeks a Licensing Transactions Officer to draft and negotiate material transfer, confidentiality, inter-institutional and tangible research property agreements. You will manage a diverse docket, interact with faculty and staff, and ensure timely, professional negotiations in a dynamic environment.

This 100% FTE hybrid position requires being in the office twice a week, with a budgeted salary range of $123,264–$141,903 per year.

• Experience drafting and negotiating material transfer, confidentiality, and license agreements.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and communicate with faculty and staff.
• Background check required.
