Job summary

You will build LBO and DCF models, conduct due diligence with sponsors and corporate clients, and collaborate with risk, ratings, and capital markets teams to close live deals. Strong financial modeling and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis and modeling within leveraged finance or private credit.
• Ability to build and explain financial models to leadership.
• Experience with due diligence and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and close new leveraged finance transactions.
• Analyze client financial performance vs projections.
• Evaluate risk-adjusted profitability to guide capital allocation.
• Build multi-scenario LBO and DCF models.
• Conduct due diligence with Sponsors and Corporate clients.
• Create ad-hoc PowerPoint-based analyses for live deals.
