Job summary

Benesch is seeking a Client Operations & LPM Analyst in Cleveland, OH to enhance budgeting, staffing efficiencies, and client communications within a litigation-focused team.

The role collaborates with the Senior Legal Project Manager and pricing/analysis professionals to implement process improvements, track matters from inception to close, and support data-driven pricing decisions. Strong Excel/PowerPoint/Power BI skills and a bachelor’s in accounting/finance/management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or management, plus at least two years of litigation-focused legal project management experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; working knowledge of Power BI to transform data into insights.
• Experience with SharePoint, SQL, or database management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop matter scopes, budgets, timelines, and status updates with attorneys.
• Assist with management of large accounts or matters with complex budgets.
• Organize data and facilitate knowledge sharing among attorneys, clients, and staff.
• Develop and maintain LPM tools, templates, databases, and reports.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement projects.
• Quantify and document risks and mitigation strategies.
• Document procedures and sources of information used in analysis.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of work product.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
