F5 Networks, Inc. is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist in Seattle to join the Office of the General Counsel.

The role partners with attorneys, vendors, and stakeholders to support legal technology, financial operations, knowledge management, and training programs across locations. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong communication, able to handle confidential information, and capable of driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in Business, Legal Studies, Operations, Finance, Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of legal operations, legal administrative, paralegal, or business operations experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
• Working knowledge of AI workplace tools (Gemini, Copilot, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
• Experience with DocuSign, Adobe products, or similar business applications.
• Certified Notary Public or willing to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Support Legal Operations Technology and Tool Enablement.
• E-Billing Platform Support: assist with matter setup, invoice processing and workflows, budget and accrual tracking, user support, and reporting.
• Enterprise Legal Training Platform Support: coordinate training launches, manage platform support, prepare reporting, and assist with access and completion.
• Legal Team Education Platform: administer online education platform, manage user access, promote course awareness, support ongoing education.
• CLM Operational Support: provide operational support for CLM team and attorney users, including tool support, process assistance, and contract signatures.
• Collaboration Tools: oversee organization and maintenance of SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook resources.
• Dashboard & Reporting Support: maintain dashboards, track metrics, and prepare recurring reporting.
• Knowledge Management & Communications: document processes, manage version control, create guides, and coordinate training roadmap.
