Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in legal operations, legal admin, paralegal, or business operations.
• Strong MS Office skills; experience with SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Knowledge of AI workplace tools (Gemini, Copilot) is a plus.
• Experience with DocuSign, Adobe products, or similar applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Legal Operations technology and tool enablement (e-billing, training platforms, CLM, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Coordinate training launches and provide platform support and reporting.
• Administer knowledge management & education platforms; manage access and awareness.
• Provide operational support for legal tools, onboarding, and budgeting processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Oversee onboarding logistics, office operations, and travel/expense coordination.
