Job summary

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to serve as the initial point of contact for operational questions within the in-house Legal team. You will streamline workflows, coordinate approvals, and help implement systems and metrics that scale with the business.

You will partner with Legal stakeholders, execute on processes, and support continuous improvement while maintaining discretion and a service mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational experience in a fast-paced or dynamic legal team environment.
• Experience with technical tooling and data analysis project management software.
• Meticulous attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking key metrics.

Responsibilities

• Execute legal operational workflows and procedures as a first point of contact, driving efficiency.
• Coordinate approvals, signatures, documentation, and other operational follow-through for legal requests.
• Manage and triage incoming requests, ensuring proper prioritization, routing, tracking, and resolution.
• Scale operations, systems, and ongoing innovation of the Legal team in partnership with leadership.
• Craft and implement processes to reduce friction and enable teams to focus on core work.
