Qualifications

• JD or equivalent law degree; 2+ years in private practice, in-house, legal research, or regulatory and compliance work.
• 2+ years leading complex projects, operational workflows, or subject-matter initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills when working with attorneys, legal experts, researchers, and customers.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontier legal AI pilots from scoping to operationalization.
• Define success criteria for legal pilots and oversee scaling to programs.
• Coordinate with researchers and customers to align objectives and delivery.
• Develop workflows, quality standards, and project templates for legal pilots.
