Job summary

The University of North Florida seeks a Senior Director of Student Success to lead university-wide academic advising and student success initiatives within the Office of Student Success. You will supervise advising leadership, align practices across six colleges, and collaborate with deans and enrollment services to enhance retention, progression, and graduation outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing a coordinated student support network, using data to inform decisions, and guiding policy

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant leadership experience or Bachelor's with 10+ years in related field.
• Experience leading academic advising, student success, or closely related areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide university-wide strategic leadership for academic advising and student success initiatives.
• Lead coordination of advising across colleges and units and promote best practices.
• Supervise Academic Advising leadership including First Year Advising across six colleges.
• Collaborate with deans, chairs, and enrollment services to align advising and student support.
