Job summary

LHH is seeking a Head of Supply Chain & Logistics to design and scale end-to-end supply chain operations across planning, inventory, and logistics. You will drive strategic initiatives, build scalable processes, and lead a growing team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can partner with Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Procurement to deliver operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within supply chain, operations, or logistics functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead initiatives focused on improving service, efficiency, scalability, and operational performance.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators across planning, inventory, logistics, and overall supply chain operations.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts utilizing industry best practices and process optimization methodologies.
• Support business growth initiatives through effective planning and supply chain readiness.
• Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Procurement teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Oversee demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and logistics functions.
• Develop inventory strategies that balance customer service, working capital, and operational risk.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a growing supply chain team.
• Ensure strong supplier and supply chain performance while maintaining operational continuity.
