Job summary

Nicklaus Children's Health System seeks an Executive Director of Revenue Cycle to lead the end-to-end revenue cycle across the organization. This role oversees front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end functions, ensuring performance targets are met and patient financial experience is high-quality.

You will collaborate with operational leaders, Managed Care, Finance, IT, and external vendors to drive sustainable financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business or healthcare administration.
• 7–10 years in healthcare revenue cycle progressions.
• Experience with healthcare revenue cycle regulatory and payer dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end revenue cycle across Nicklaus Children’s Health System.
• Oversee front-end, mid-cycle, back-end revenue functions and performance targets.
• Manage outsourced revenue cycle vendor relationships and SLAs.
• Develop performance reporting framework and accountability forums.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on system enhancements and automation.
