You will lead end-to-end analytical workstreams, build financial models, and partner with leadership across segments to translate market dynamics into executable strategic actions. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, develop insightful narratives, and mentor analysts while contributing to strategy-building efforts in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, or comparable analytically intensive roles.
• Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical services, or distribution businesses strongly preferred; interest in the pharmaceutical value chain economics is essential.
• Demonstrated advanced financial modeling capability—build models linking market dynamics to P&L outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analysis and insight workstreams within USPD initiatives.
• Build/maintain financial models translating market shifts into P&L implications.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to shape recommendations and actionable outcomes.
• Prepare clear executive materials and present findings to initiative teams and senior audiences.
• Coach analysts and contribute to strategy function-building efforts (tools, knowledge capture).
