Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; experience in performance management and supply chain in manufacturing.
• 8+ years of experience in performance management, analytics, and global governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and harmonize end-to-end performance management frameworks across supply chain nodes.
• Define metric hierarchies, definitions, governance, and escalation pathways.
• Lead standardized performance review cadences across levels and regions.
• Embed problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and accountability for gaps and risks.
• Collaborate with Digital and Data teams to ensure reliable data foundations and BI solutions.
• Define dashboards, scorecards, data models, and visualization tools to enable actionable visibility.
• Coach and develop team members in performance management and analytics.
