Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Associate degree in Institutional Management or related field and equivalent experience.
• Requires at least four years of progressively more responsible housekeeping experience, including two years in a supervisory role.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage diverse staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize housekeeping, laundry and linen services.
• Develop goals and objectives for Environmental Services, Laundry and Linen areas.
• Supervise staff, conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
