Providence is seeking a Director of Learning and Development – Caregiver and Leader Development to shape and advance enterprise development for caregivers and leaders. You will oversee programs like the Providence Leadership Academy and partner with HR, Talent Management, and clinical education to build scalable development solutions.

You will lead a team of Talent Consultants and Program Managers, shaping onboarding, mentorship, succession readiness, and leadership pathways aligned with mission

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior learning and talent management leadership.
• Experience leading in large, matrixed healthcare organizations.
• Proven ability to design enterprise caregiver and leader development strategies.
• Strong data-driven decision making and measurement expertise.
