Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club is seeking a Senior Director, Community Impact and Development, to lead strategic planning and collaboration with government agencies, NGOs, donors, and charitable partners. The role oversees program design, governance, and resources to advance workforce development, neighborhood improvement, and community access.

This is a full‑time, on‑site position in Augusta, GA, reporting to the Chief Property and Planning Officer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of relevant business experience with at least 6 years in a senior leadership role.
• Undergraduate degree required; graduate education preferred.
• Certification from relevant governing or professional bodies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the strategic plan for Community Impact and Development.
• Leads a high-performing team and fosters a strong work culture.
• Builds partnerships with government, NGOs, donors, and nonprofits.
• Oversees program design, implementation, and evaluation of community initiatives.
• Manages budgets, grants, and resources; oversees fundraising efforts for MTC.
• Ensures IRS/state compliance for MTF and MTC and supports Form 990 reporting.
