Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in recreation programs.
• Demonstrated experience in program development, implementation, and/or evaluation.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervision and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of all program areas, including fitness and intramural sports.
• Lead development of program strategy focused on growth and engagement.
• Ensure program success, manage risk, and develop policies.

Skills

Strong computer skills

Ability to motivate and lead employees

Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm

Familiarity with recreation/membership software

Proven track record of developing relationships

Education

Bachelor's degree

Master's degree preferred
