The City University of New York's Lehman College School of Education seeks an Associate Dean to lead the school and Dean’s Office, reporting to the Dean and serving on the senior management team. The Associate Dean liaises between departments and the Dean’s Office, guiding strategic planning, accreditation, budget development, and program oversight.

• Experience leading at the executive level in higher education.
• Strong understanding of accreditation processes and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the school's strategic planning process and provide frameworks.
• Oversee national and state accreditation activities and reporting.
• Review undergraduate and graduate curriculum proposals and advise departments.
• Coordinate with Dean and offices for student success initiatives.
