Qualifications

• This executive position requires a Bachelor's degree and eight years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic expansion of academic programs and partnerships across formats (in-person, online, 4+1).
• Support and advance faculty success in teaching innovation and research.
• Manage Office of Academic Affairs, including scheduling online learning, accreditation, and library services.
• Collaborate with Associate Deans to ensure high-quality student services, enrollment, financial aid, and career support.
• Develop assessment methodologies to evaluate teaching and program effectiveness.
• Pursue external funding for scholarships and educational research programs.
• Grow and market the School's multimodal programs.
• Participate in governance through leadership roles in school committees.
