Responsibilities

• Lead system ambulatory strategy using a disciplined strategic framework.
• Identify where CommUnityCare should invest, grow, partner, and innovate to improve access, quality, equity, and long-term sustainability.
• Facilitate executive and board strategic planning discussions and translate priorities into measurable action plans.
• Monitor strategic plan progress and recommend course corrections.
• Develop and advance organizational policy and advocacy priorities with executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Support executive engagement with policymakers, associations, coalitions, and community partners.
• Serve as trusted thought partner to the Deputy CEO and executive leadership, preparing leaders for governance interactions.
