Job summary

WPP Media is seeking an Associate Director of Video Solutions to shape and drive the strategy for Advanced TV, Advanced Video, and Data Driven Linear offerings. You’ll guide roadmaps, collaborate with stakeholders, and prioritize initiatives to deliver measurable growth in media solutions.

The role demands deep knowledge of linear and digital video, strong leadership, and the ability to translate complex ideas into executable plans while engaging across the WPP network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in Solutions or Video Investment roles.
• Ability to distill complex ideas into tangible tasks and execute on them.
• Comprehensive knowledge of linear and online video including CTV and addressable.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders on the Video Solutions roadmap and ensure well-defined prioritized features that realize the product vision and value.
• Embed principles of continuous improvement for our Video Solutions.
• Ingest client feedback into our video solution roadmap.
• Develop video solution case studies with account teams.
• Work with Investment, Choreograph, and marketplace to ensure best measurement, rates, data, creative, and tech are included.
• Own some Video Solution development workstreams from ideation to launch and education.
• Coordinate across teams to develop internal workflow processes and implementation guidelines for new media products.
• Oversee product marketing to create content around media product differentiators and benefits.
• Be a thought leader across the organization and in the marketplace.
• Represent the US in all Media Solution conversations around Advanced TV and Advanced Video.
• Collaborate with cross-holding and specialty groups to develop unique and differentiated business models and partnerships.
