Job summary

BME Strategies is seeking a Senior Advisor, Vaccine & Clinical Case Management to lead the vision, backlog, and delivery of a statewide vaccine management and clinical case management system for Massachusetts local health departments. You will work between public health practitioners, DPH and the IT team to deliver a cohesive, user-focused solution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on immunization program experience and vaccine clinic management.
• Experience in clinical or public health case management.
• Knowledge of health insurance billing for clinical services.

Responsibilities

• Communicate product vision, roadmap and success measures for vaccine management and clinical case management.
• Translate program priorities and local health department needs into clear product outcomes.
• Define requirements for clinic planning, vaccine inventory, cold chain and billing.
• Ensure interoperability with MIIS, MAVEN and related systems.
• Lead user research, demos and user acceptance testing with public health staff.
