Responsibilities

Coordinate institutional goals with implementation strategies and operational policies.
Ensure VCR is briefed with materials to support decisions in meetings.
Lead coordination among ORED’s functions and LSU units across the research enterprise.
Modernize policy frameworks and service delivery to reduce PI administrative burden.
Partner with the VCR to formulate growth strategies, metrics, and multi-year plans.
Serve as liaison with university units and external agencies as needed.
Build a culture of continuous learning and service excellence in research administration.
