Job summary

OpenLoop is seeking a Lead Program Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for the Medical Weight Loss program. You will align Clinical, Product, Engineering, Pharmacy, and Client Success behind a single program direction and report to the executive team on outcomes.

You will build cross-functional momentum, defend the roadmap, and translate market signals into actionable roadmap decisions while maintaining strict clinical integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years owning programs, products, or operating units in healthcare or digital health.
• Experience setting strategy and owning a roadmap end-to-end.
• Direct experience with medical weight loss or closely adjacent care models.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-quarter roadmap for Medical Weight Loss and defend it to the executive team.
• Ensure delivered work aligns with the strategic plan and re-scope when needed.
• Translate OKRs into program-level targets (clinical quality, patient outcomes, retention).
• Decide build/buy/partner calls with data-driven recommendations.
• Lead without direct authority by aligning cross-functional teams behind a single direction.
• Own the program narrative for senior leadership and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
• Guide Program Managers and shape team structure as the program scales.
• Be the escalation point for major client questions and commitments.
• Synthesize client signals, regulatory changes, and competitor moves for roadmap decisions.
• Partner with Commercial and Client Success to drive program-level commercial outcomes.
