EY is seeking an Associate Director to design, develop, and implement marketing strategy for audit technology marketing. You will lead end-to-end portfolio management, align with senior leadership, and drive growth through modern, integrated programs across marketing channels.

This role requires deep B2B marketing expertise, strong communication with executives, and the ability to lead matrixed teams while delivering measurable outcomes and a differentiated market presence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
• 8–10 years relevant experience.
• Usually has responsibility for three-to-five subordinate staff members.

Responsabilités

• Translate business priorities into a clear strategic marketing approach for audit technology.
• Develop and oversee market-facing strategy for audit technology marketing.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership to shape market approach and activation.
• Own portfolio prioritization and trade-offs across initiatives to reduce fragmentation.
• Manage agency and external partner relationships tied to objectives and KPIs.
• Partner with enabling teams to scale effective approaches and reduce friction.
• Set priorities, coach leaders, and build a high-performing team culture.
• Drive integration across marketing, BD, communications, and digital teams for cohesive execution.
