Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director to design, develop, and implement the marketing strategy for audit technology marketing. You will translate business priorities into a scalable, measurable program and lead cross-functional teams to drive growth and strong brand presence.

As a strategic partner to senior leadership, you will prioritize initiatives, manage agencies, and align marketing with the broader go-to-market approach.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
• No less than 8–10 years relevant experience.
• Usually has responsibility for three-to-five subordinate staff members.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into a clear strategic marketing approach for audit technology.
• Develop and oversee market-facing strategy for audit technology marketing.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership to shape market approach and activation.
• Own portfolio prioritization and trade-offs across initiatives to maximize impact.
• Manage agency and external partner relationships aligned to objectives and KPIs.
• Partner with enabling teams to scale effective approaches and reduce friction.
• Drive integration across marketing, BD, and digital teams for cohesive execution.
