Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Lead Analytics Engineer in Miami, on site, to shape the company’s 3rd party data strategy. You will drive analytics roadmap priorities, partner across departments to align data with stakeholder needs, and ensure governance and security requirements are met while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years in analytics engineering with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to set strategic data directions for large organizations.
• Experience with enterprise data, big data platforms, and cloud ecosystems like AWS Redshift and BigQuery.
• Mastery of SQL with complex ETL and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the department data strategy and governance initiatives.
• Advance data infrastructure and processes across the organization.
