Job summary

OBXtek is hiring a Logistics Communications Center (LCC) Analyst to support ARNG G4 operations in the National Capital Region. The role requires strong logistics knowledge, security credentials, and the ability to produce timely briefings and SITREPs.

You will coordinate IT and communications resources, maintain SOPs, and support crisis action planning while interfacing with G2 and G6. A DoD clearance and five years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be US Citizen and have an active US DoD Secret Clearance.
• Ability to write and present well is essential.
• Requires five years of related experience.
• Proficient in use of computer spreadsheets, databases, and other related tools.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the continued, uninterrupted operation of the Logistics Coordination Center (LCC).
• Provide processing of SIPR access, SIPR tokens, and obtain courier cards for ARNG personnel.
• Monitor and validate ARNG CBRN Enterprise data for potential crisis or threats to national security.
• Employ a broad knowledge of Army logistics fundamentals and ARNG-LGZ Homeland Defense Support to Civil Authorities Mission.
• Support the G4 Crisis Action Team (CAT) and Continuity of Operations Team (COOP).
• Review SOPs and recommend procedures, materiel fielding plans, and other functions to support joint operations.
• Perform logistics research and analysis for ARNG G4 leadership.
• Prepare recommended briefings, information papers, Executive Summaries, or SITREPs.
• Coordinate service requests from NCR Help Desk for classified systems and devices.
• Receive inquiries from military, civilian, contractors and government personnel and route to appropriate POC.
• Coordinate with ARNG G2 and G6 to maintain essential accounts for daily operations.
• Maintain awareness of State visits and provide updates on logistics issues.
• Prepare daily SITREPs to inform ARNG G4 community of logistics related information.
• Experience with NIPR/SIPR programs (ECOP, JPAS, JIEE).
• Monitor HQDA logistics meetings affecting ARNG G4 mission.
• Verify or schedule meetings and coordinate read-ahead materials for leadership.
• Provide SMEs on OPTEMPO information systems as a COOP Team member.
• Participate in exercises at COOP sites and ensure communications availability.
