Job summary

GCW is seeking a Land Development Project Manager in Las Vegas to lead engineering and construction efforts from proposal through client acceptance. You will plan, coordinate, and direct large or multiple complex projects with engineering staff and consultants.

Responsibilities include oversight of studies, submittals, plans, and design; managing budgets, schedules, and change notices; coordinating with jurisdictional agencies; ensuring compliance with codes and standards; and keeping clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering.
• Minimum four years of experience in engineering design or project management.
• Nevada PE or ability to obtain within six months is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight of technical studies, submittals, plans, and general design for public works projects and private developments.
• Completes project initiation documents with scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinates with jurisdictional agencies on technical and procedural matters.
• Ensures work complies with engineering standards and regulations; meets budget and schedule.
• Keeps client informed of project status and provides management support to the project team.
• Reviews pre-bills and coordinates with clients on overdue payments.
