Job summary

Century Communities, Inc. is seeking a Senior Land Development Manager to oversee all phases of land development, from site clearing through the final acceptance of finished home sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in land development, infrastructure, construction, or civil engineering with increasing project oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• OSHA 10/30 construction qualification preferred.
• Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of land development from site clearing to finished home sites.
• Coordinate with consultants, city officials, and trade partners to manage schedules and budgets.
• Enforce regulatory and safety requirements including OSHA standards and BMPs across sites.
• Interface with multiple company departments and field personnel daily.
• Coordinate inspection processes with contractors and municipal/utility inspectors.
• Verify material deliveries and manage on-site construction logistics.
• Monitor all phases to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
