Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with senior leadership to deliver cross-regional or multi-disciplinary strategic program management.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree + 8+ years in project management or a related field, including 4+ years in program management OR 11+ years in project management with 4+ years in program management.

Responsibilities

• Promotes learning by communicating information and advising to drive projects forward; builds relationships with stakeholders.
• Conducts business-specific projects applying deep subject-area expertise; promotes adherence to procedures and policies.
• Manages large-scale programs with multiple workstreams and regional scope, ensuring value delivery and adjusting in uncertain environments.
• Leads large program teams, coordinating internal and external resources to achieve objectives.
• Proactively monitors and mitigates program risks, issues, and triggers with mitigation plans.
• Ensures adherence to policy and procedures across program activities and stakeholders.
• Builds alignment and engagement with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders and vendors; communicates risks and decisions.
