Job summary

Arconic Tennessee Operations seeks a Labor Relations HR Business Partner to counsel on CBA administration, policy interpretation, and employee relations across Operations, Maintenance and Staff. You'll work with union representatives, plant leadership and HR teams to foster compliant, productive labor relations and HR practices at the facility.

You will lead grievance processes, advise on policy, and ensure employment actions align with union agreements, policies, and legal requirements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in labor relations or HR with union interaction.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Advise plant leadership on CBA administration and policy interpretation.
• Stay compliant with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Identify opportunities and implement labor relations improvements.
• Lead grievance hearings and support arbitration.
• Provide one-stop HR support for assigned departments including labor relations.
• Oversee plant-wide leadership of select HR functions.
• Ensure employment practices comply with EEO laws, bargaining agreements, and Arconic policies.
• Stay current with laws governing equal employment opportunity.
