Qualifications

Significant labor and employment law experience in U.S. labor relations and federal contractor compliance.
Experience in a complex, matrixed, project-based environment.
Proven ability to design global employment programs and policies.
Experience with union negotiations or labor relations in the Americas.
Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

Primary point of contact for Americas labor and employment program.
Develop scalable guidance, frameworks, and policies for global compliance.
Advise senior leadership and HR on high-impact employment issues.
Own and update U.S. employment policies ensuring regulatory alignment.
Partner with Compliance and HR to train leaders on employment risks.
Oversee labor relations in the U.S., including unionized environments.
Collaborate with regional counsel and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
Support internal investigations with Ethics and Compliance.
