Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mission knowledge and ability to apply KM principles to intelligence operations.
• Ability to communicate understanding of incomplete or technically complex information.
• Proven capability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience collaborating across the Intelligence Community and resolving information-sharing challenges.
• Ability to lead teams researching critical or multifaceted information problems.
• Strong ability to produce concise, insightful intelligence-support products.

Responsibilities

• Post, edit, distribute, and maintain content across classified and unclassified websites, portals, and knowledge repositories.
• Organize data, establish file structures, and ensure information is captured, stored, and retrievable by authorized users.
• Maintain content integrity through metadata, taxonomy, and file-naming conventions.
• Ensure proper security protocols for classified, proprietary, and PII information.
• Shape and improve workflows by integrating KM best practices into processes.
• Support analysts by enabling effective search, discovery, and retrieval of intelligence data.
• Collaborate with IC partners to share information and support mission planning.
• Build and maintain knowledge repositories and dashboards to support analytic production.
