Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to public affairs, government, or policy.
• 5-7 years of work experience in public affairs or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and partners effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate K-12 education advocacy and parent engagement initiatives.
• Build partnerships with schools, districts, and community organizations.
• Develop trainings for educators on antisemitism, Jewish identity, and Israel education.
• Represent JFGH in district and state education forums and coalitions.
• Manage and track Title funding opportunities and related planning processes.
• Collaborate with Public Affairs and youth departments to align policy and advocacy priorities.
• Maintain relationships with partner organizations (e.g., ADL, AJC) and oversee program evaluation.
