Job summary

Qualifications

• Expert-level systems analysis and technical requirements documentation skills.
• Strong ability to interpret complex business needs and translate them into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
• Deep experience defining interfaces, APIs, data models, and integrations.
• Experience supporting system integrations, data flows, and application behavior.
• Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis and translation of complex business and functional requirements into system requirements and technical specifications across multiple initiatives.
• Ensures system requirements and technical specifications are complete, high quality, and aligned with delivery needs and enterprise standards.
• Defines and documents non-functional system requirements, including security, performance, scalability, resilience, and auditability.
• Provides technical guidance to support backlog readiness and cross-team collaboration.
• Trboubleshoots complex system, data, and integration issues.
• Produces and governs high-quality documentation standards aligned with enterprise practices.
• Identifies and leads initiatives to improve processes, system efficiency, and data quality.
